Connecticut Court-Supported Services Division of the Judicial Branch (CSSD) - Hartford, CT

The Pacific Health Policy Group (PHPG) assisted this consortia of state departments, including the CSSD, in developing a joint purchasing, contracting, ratesetting and fiscal and performance data monitoring strategy and approach for certain alcohol and substance abuse treatment services for adults and for Multi-Systemic Therapy for children and adolescents. This work included the development of:

• Uniform fiscal and performance standards

• Fiscal and performance monitoring strategies and tools

• Integrated contracts

• Credentialing guidelines

• Reimbursement methodologies
